Your role
As a Customer Success Advisor, you won’t just support customers—you’ll empower small businesses to thrive in the digital world. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner, guiding them to unlock the full potential of our products while advancing your own career in the online space. You’ll play a key role in shaping both their success and ours.

- Smooth onboarding - You’ll join an active team that supports each other and shares ideas. You’ll be assigned a buddy who will help you guide through daily happenings.
- Your mission - You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through different challenges and needs. It’s not just about answering questions, you’ll advise them on how to maximize our products and take their business to the next level. You’ll handle all communication channels: chat, email, and phone, so no chance to get bored.
- Problem-solving & innovation - Every day brings new challenges, from technical questions to strategic business decisions. You listen actively to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. And when things get more complex, our IT specialists have your back. No strict hierarchy here, everyone helps each other.
- Learning curve - We won’t throw you in at the deep end. You’ll get solid onboarding and access to training. You’ll learn how websites, mailboxes, SSL certificates, and error logs work. Once you’ve nailed the basics, we’ll give space for your own creative ideas.

What we expect from you
- Background in IT or customer-facing roles: If you know how websites work or have online marketing experience, that’s a big plus.
- Education: Relevant bachelor's degree is valued.
- Passion for technology: You love the online world and are curious to keep learning.
- Customer care is in your DNA: You communicate clearly and empathetically and love helping people.
- Business mindset: You understand customer needs and how our products support their growth.
- Problem-solving: Analytical thinking and finding the best solutions is your strength.

- Flexibility: Shifts run between 8–18, including weekends.
- Language skills: You are fluent in Finnish, with good English skills. Most of the work is in Finnish, but English is used daily within our Group.

What to Expect When You Join
Your onboarding journey will introduce you to our vision, strategy, and the whole Customer Success Team in Finland. You’ll get hands-on experience with our tools, ways of working and a buddy to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this role.
This role is based in Helsinki.
Our recruitment process involves typically 2–3 interviews. We will start going through the applications immediately and we’re looking to fill the role as soon as we find the right person.
